At first, we need to confirm the following details with our clients:
1. Packed products: water, juice, carbonated beverages or others
2. Desired bottle type and production capacity
3. Factory area and layout

J&D will offer a complete set of machines according to the packed liquid type, bottle type and production capacity required by the customer, available from water treatment machine and palletizer machine to related auxiliary equipment.

The bottle type and size can be manufactured according to the customer requirements or sample offered by the customer.

  • Bottle vector diagram will be made for confirmation with the customer.
  • After confirmation, a bottle mold will be fabricated to make a sample bottle.
  • The bottled mold will be saved after confirming the bottle type.
  • Mass production will be performed using the confirmed bottle mold, once we get the customer's permission.

  • A bottle mold will be fabricated according to the sample
  • Once the sample bottle fabricated by the mold is confirmed, the bottle mold will be saved for mass production.

Customized bottle label and logo provided by the customer can be printed on the bottle using the labeling machine.

The whole factory will be well arranged according to the factory area and layout of each workshop. The clear planning and layout drawing will be made. After that, the machines will be placed strictly according to the drawing. Maximizing the factory space will be considered during the whole arrangement.
